Goldie Glock is about to meet her new step-mom, Marie McCray, for the first time, although she's not happy about it. When she knocks, Marie meets her at the door but mistakes her as the masseuse she's hired! Kristen Scott nervously enters a massage parlor to get a refund for a gift certificate because she doesn't like massages, having not had good experiences with them in the past. Lacy Lennon insists that she's not supposed to do returns. However, she's convinced that the problem is that Kristen's never been massaged by a WOMAN before Grey as her secretary, she would be LOST without her! Serene notices that Laney is stiffly rubbing her shoulder. Serene uses this unique opportunity to finally make her move.
