Shiho became a single mother after her husband, Shingo, had an affair. Her daughter, Natsuko, is still in elementary school, and despite the separation, Shiho had continued her relationship with Shingo. Just as she began to grow close to her colleague Akihiko, she discovered that her friend Yuko also harbored feelings for him.
