Under the careful planning and command of Director Chen Hai’an, the special police unit to which Cheng Gang belongs to engages in a thrilling battle of wits and courage against a smuggling syndicate led by Huang Zan. The officers, especially Cheng Gang and Shen Xin, make tremendous sacrifices and selfless contributions to crack the cultural relics case and wipe out the criminals. In the end, they succeed in capturing the entire criminal group in one sweep.
