Whitesnake: Live... In the Still of the Night captures the band at the Hammersmith Apollo in London in 2004 with David Coverdale in the center and a strong accompaniment of Doug Aldrich, Reb Beach, Marco Mendoza, Timothy Drury and Tommy Aldridge. Classic songs like “Still of the Night”, “Here I Go Again” and “Is This Love” are delivered with power, bluesy weight and audience contact. The film has become a strong document from a time before Coverdale's later voice problems became increasingly apparent and changed his live performances.
