The story portrays Fakeh, the chairman of Taman Setia Bunga who loves to meddle in others' affairs. He is also arrogant because he holds the position of chairman of the residential area. He compares all of his neighbors' household items with his own dwelling. He also enjoys pitting people against each other. He is called "Bad Radio" because of his behavior. One day, he brings home a broken radio that he found in the bushes. Since then, he becomes so obsessed with the broken radio that he forgets everything else.
