Criminal detective Oliver Svift and his assistant Henry Mill embark on something of a hair-raising adventure as they take on the task of helping Kitty Williams. She has rented out her late father’s carpentry workshop to a gentleman who suddenly appears to have a hidden agenda. Svift and Mill set about finding out if there’s anything untoward going on.
