Julia and her boyfriend visit a specialized breast-enhancement spa catering to couples, only to discover the clinic's hidden, immoral nature. Separated only by a thin divider, the couple is subjected to a 'mutual appreciation' NTR trap: while a male practitioner sensually massages Julia’s J-cup bust, a female esthetician simultaneously stimulates the boyfriend.
